Alex understood our brief completely and executed it with ease. She had some really practical ideas for problem areas in our garden ranging from privacy, lawn drainage, edging to make mowing easier and lighting. She thought of everything.

Alex designed and managed the build for my front and back gardens. She really listened to the type of things I liked and I felt that she really understood what I wanted to do with the spaces. Naturally, she had way more knowledge and experience that I did which she used to suggest some fantastic ideas that I would not have thought of. She also lined up some great landscapers that she’d worked with previously who were great. Alex was always prompt with her responses and was on site every day to oversee the build process and deal with any tweaks that needed to be made. I couldn’t recommend Alex enough and when I move, I’ll use her again!

Alex designed a beautiful modern garden for us a few years ago. We were impressed with her style - she always pushes the design to be more "creative" rather than "safe" and we are so pleased with the results. She has a fantastic knowledge of planting and a good eye for colour and shapes.

She is excellent at understanding what you need, full of creative and interesting ideas and her calm approach hides a pretty steely determination and drive to execute her plans to perfection, on time and within budget. Alex has an amazing eye for garden design. Her knowledge of what will work in different areas of the garden has been invaluable. The drawings are clear and give you a great idea of how it will look when its all finished. Our garden is really taking shape and I can not recommend her highly enough.

Working with Alex (and the team) was a pleasure from beginning to end. She struck a balance of sticking with the brief (simple, low maintenance and not too costly) with challenging us on where we might be a bit more ambitious without breaking the bank. She did a whole garden redesign, improving the lay out of the garden and the way we use the space, a detailed planting plan including sourcing and project managed it all. We are new to the world of gardening and felt supported and guided throughout. The team of gardeners she provided were great to have around and did everything including paving, new lawn, fencing, shed erection. I would highly recommend Alex to help with any garden design work, small or large.
