Coming from a family of farmers and market gardeners, I’ve always had a deep connection to plants, landscapes and the way outdoor spaces are used. Moving from London to the Sussex countryside over 15 years ago gave me the opportunity to fully commit to garden design and build a business that reflects both my practical roots and my love of thoughtful, contemporary garden design.

Today, I work as a garden designer across West Sussex, Brighton and the surrounding areas, creating gardens that feel personal, considered and easy to live with. Over the years, I’ve completed more than 100 garden projects, ranging from detailed planting plans to full garden design and landscaping schemes. These have included everything from compact courtyard gardens and town houses in Brighton to large country gardens - many with pools - new builds and listed properties across Sussex. I’ve been awarded Best in Design by Houzz for three consecutive years and am a featured designer in the West Sussex Planning Handbook.

I place huge value on building strong relationships with my clients, taking time to understand how they want to use their space, and I’m supported by several experienced landscaping teams who share the same pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.

At home, I live in a Grade II listed cottage with my husband Allan, our large family and our dog, Ruby. The garden here has been an ongoing project of its own — transformed from an overgrown, unused space into a layered, functional garden that respects the character of the house while bringing a fresh, modern feel.

Garden design is constantly evolving, and I stay inspired by new materials, planting approaches and influences from further afield — blending these with a clear understanding of place, setting and lifestyle to create gardens that feel timeless, not trend-led.
